Issue Rationale for bids to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy
a. Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants Contracted Operations Bid #16-MA-310: Bid established for the purchase of required on-site monitoring, reporting, record keeping and sampling services at designated water and wastewater treatment plants county-wide. Eight (8) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load. One (1) bid received. The single responsive bid was evaluated by the Interim Purchasing Director and was determined that the sole bid is in-line with the current market. The vendor awarded is the only bidder meeting specifications.
Contract Period is March 23, 2016 through June 30, 2019.Recommended Action
Award bids as follows:
